We will pick you up from the airport or train station and get you settled into your guest suite. We recommend dinner at one of the restaurants in our town San Pietro Vernotico that are walking distance from your room! Don’t worry well provide you with a list of recommendations and can even make a reservation for you!

This day will start with visiting the old town of Bari and exploring its ancient streets and Italian Nonas making pasta in the alleyways. We end the day in the bustling city of Brindisi and dinner on the Bayfront .

Well begin the day climbing the mountain to the UNESCO city of Alberobello with your tour guide. Have lunch among the unique Trullis that dot the mountain landscape. After lunch and shopping head to the romantic city of Polignano a Mare famed for its scenic cliffs over the beautiful Adriatic Sea and white washed architecture. Have dinner and gelato here before heading back to your suite with your driver.

A day to savor the Italian landscape. Wine tastings at a local vineyard and a trip to the Olive Groves to experience the regions famous extra virgin olive oil. The day will end with a personal cooking class with our local grandmother who will show you how to make pasta. Have dinner on the private balcony overlooking the town at the Bed & Breakfast.

Travel to the mountain top city of Ostuni where its white buildings dominate. After exploring and lunch head to the inspiring Grotto Poesia where you can experience and climb the caves and grottos. Dinner in Lecce amongst the baroque architecture will conclude your day.

A quick drive to Lecce where you will meet your tour guide who will show you around the beautiful baroque inspired town including the famous churches. After Lecce head to the beach town of Otranto for a relaxing dinner by the sea. After a sampling of gelato your driver will get you back in time to prepare for your departure the next day.

We will be sad to see you leave, but we will drop you off at the airport or train station.
